Featured Adoptable

Meet Lil Bit! Lil Bit was adopted from us as a kitten and recently needed to come back, due to no fault of her own. She came back due to a family members allergies. She is living with Gendry so if you are looking for 2, they make a great pair, but the foster feels she could also be adopted on her own also. She has great litter pan habits, loves affection and is good with other cats. She is a bigger girl at 12 lbs. Please apply to give this pretty lady her FOREVER home!

Our Future Facility

It has always been our goal to build a permanent facility.  Misty Eyes has turned away over 3,400 animals, mainly due to space limitations, proving both the need and the urgency. Our facility is being developed in phases. The first phase, completed in August, is the main building which will serve as our adoption center until the other buildings are completed. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are shown below.  Kitty City will have the capacity to house 50 cats, Canine Country will have the capacity to house 50 dogs.  Phase 4 will be a "Real Life" (training) and Humane Education Building.  Phase 5 will be our tranquility garden.
