UNITING PETS WITH PEOPLE & MAKING OUR COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE
MISTY EYES ANIMAL CENTER
Faith and Dolly are sisters who were adopted from Misty Eyes as tiny kittens. Through no fault of theirs, due to a change in family circumstances, they were returned to us.
They are both living in a foster home with young children and are doing great. Dolly is a little shy at first, but soon becomes loving and playful. Faith is a very sweet girl who loves to snuggle. They both have excellent litter pan habits.
Because they have always been together, it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together, but that is not a requirement. Two cats actually are better; they provide companionship for each other, and they always have a play buddy. At a little over one year old, Faith and Dolly are young enough to be as playful as kittens, but adult enough to be less messy.
Rose is a precious little 11 lb. Chihuahua who had a rough life before coming to us. A social worker removed her from her owner’s home; they were keeping this little girl outside most of the time, regardless of weather. She came to us with several masses that needed removed and some broken teeth. Rose has had 2 surgeries, including a dental, and she is feeling so much better. She is ready to find a forever family. Rose loves to snuggle up on the couch and is also happy to sleep in a dog bed nearby. Her favorite thing is to burrow under the covers at night with her human. This is how she begins to bond to new people. She is living with other dogs and is doing just fine with them. Rose is the perfect companion for someone looking for a TV or reading buddy. She is a very laid back snuggly girl. She is shy with new people at first, but warms up quickly. She will make such a loving family member and companion.
